Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator

I’m Kelly, the Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at Right at Home. I joined the team in August 2026 after graduating from university, and my role combines recruiting new carers with sharing the brilliant work our team does. I interview prospective Care Assistants, helping us find caring people who share our values, and look after our social media channels, celebrating our team and giving a glimpse into life at Right at Home. I also work to build awareness of our services so that more local families know where to turn when they need support. Alongside this, I help plan and promote our events, bringing people together and building connections within the community. I enjoy the variety of my role and the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to a team that makes a difference to people’s lives every day.
