Molly Robson

I joined the Right at Home Swindon team in 2020 as a Caregiver, having not previously worked in the care sector. From the beginning, I received excellent training and support, and my colleagues were incredibly welcoming and encouraging as I developed within my role.

I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to support clients in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

In 2022, I completed my Level 3 qualification and progressed to a Team Leader role, continuing to support clients within the community.

After completing my Level 4 qualification, I moved into my current role as Deputy Manager, where I support the team with compliance and ongoing quality standards.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my growing family, including my daughter and three nephews.
