Platinum certificate puts us in the top 10% of Right at Home UK offices

We are all really proud to have been awarded the Platinum Certificate of Achievement at the Annual Right at Home UK Registered Managers' Conference, writes Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole franchisee, Andrew Davis.  It's not just that it is a nice certificate to put on the wall nor that it places us in the top 10% of all the Right at Home offices in the UK, it is that it is testament to what happens when everyone works away at the sometimes unrecognised but essential things that keeps a CQC Outstanding Home care provider, Outstanding.

If you take a look at the Platinum Certificate, you can see it's for a homecare.co.uk score of 9.9 (check us out at the link), a 5 Star Workbuzz award in 2025, Lumis compliance that's greater than 95% as well Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole being a recipient of an external award, in this care the Staff Wellbeing Award at the 2025 Dorset Care Awards.   

It is fantastic to be recognised for all of these things but they only get achieved because our carers do things that make a difference for our clients day in, day out.  Led by Registered Manager Natalie, very ably covered while on Maternity by our Deputy Manager, Roberta, the Platinum Certificate also reflects the care and precision our supervisors demonstrate daily making us not only a person centred care provider but also, I would argue, a person centred employer of carers.  We aim to be the employer of choice for home care assistants in Bournemouth and Poole.  

I hear you ask, "What is Lumis compliance?"  Lumis compliance is important because Lumis helps monitor our training and our level of compliance demonstrates how up to date our carers are with their various training requirements.  Everyone is fully trained when they start with us but this training is then reinforced with regular refreshers and our Lumis compliance is evidence of this.  It's a great accolade but the hard work continues and we will never rest on our laurels.
