Happy Halloween

Pumpkins, Creativity and Halloween Magic

Published: 04/11/2026

A frightfully fun October

Halloween brought a wonderful touch of autumn magic to Right at Home as our fantastic staff got into the spooky spirit with a Halloween Pumpkin Competition!

Filled with creativity, the competition gave our team the perfect opportunity to showcase their artistic talents and enjoy some festive fun.

Of course, everyone was worthy winners!

We also took part in the Caterham Valley Halloween Trail on the 30th and 31st October. It was a two day event and with the sun shining and footfall busier than ever, it was wonderful to open our doors and welcome so many people in.

Caterhams Halloween Trail

Throughout the two-day event, we set up Halloween crafts for little ones (and their parents!) to enjoy while taking a well-deserved rest from all the trick-or-treating. The activities were a huge success, creating a fantastic opportunity to connect with our local community.
We had some really meaningful conversations with people exploring care options for loved ones, as well as those interested in potential job opportunities with us.
Most importantly, it was a brilliant opportunity to raise awareness of who we are and what we do, particularly among those who may not have known about us before.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined in the fun and helped make the event such a success.
