Our Partnerships
This network has been built upon franchise partnerships and we take an inclusive and collaborative approach to developing our business model. When you join Right at Home you will already have a positive working relationship with the senior leadership team. This is sustained through face-to-face touchpoints throughout the year, allowing for communication and consultation on the operational strategy of Right at Home.

Our Heritage
Right at Home’s core culture and values are based on the foundations developed by Ken Deary, the founder and chairman. He established the Right at Home management franchise in the UK in 2011 after being awarded the UK Master License from the US.
Ken is a Qualified Franchise Professional, who has written his name into UK franchise history books as the first person to win both the British Franchise Association’s Franchisee and Franchisor of the Year awards.
In 2021 he was elected as the chairman of the British Franchise Association in recognition of his steadfast commitment to ethical franchising. He maintains a hands-on role supporting and mentoring Right at Home’s franchise owners.

Leading with Purpose in a Changing Care Landscape
Our CEO, Lucy Campbell, has been with Right at Home since 2016. With a strong track record for developing businesses successfully, from pre-start through to scale-up, her leadership has been pivotal in securing Right at Home two of the most prestigious accolades in franchising: the WorkBuzz Best Management Franchise Award and the coveted Franchisor of the Year Gold Award.
Alongside her role as CEO, Lucy has served as Vice Chair of the Homecare Association and is a passionate champion for the sector who actively lobbies for changes that will impact not just Right at Home, but the whole adult social care sector.
