Veronica Manolache

Prior to starting my career in care, I obtained a degree in Economics and worked briefly in Marketing. I have always wanted to support others live better lives, therefore decided to change jobs, and embark on a career in care. I haven’t looked back since!

I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 6 years. I started my journey as a Care Assistant in domiciliary care and progressed over the years to Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader and Deputy Manager. In November 2021, I joined the team here at Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton as Registered Manager.

My experiences include supporting the elderly, people living with Dementia, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and brain injuries. I have obtained all relevant qualifications to enable me to oversee the delivery of care to the highest standard.

I have a caring and empathetic nature. I am passionate about providing person-centred care to improve the quality of life for all our clients in the comfort of their own home.
