I'm the Registered Manager with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the team as a Caregiver, a role I feel very passionately about.
I progressed from Deputy Care Manager to Care Manager, and am proud to be Registered Manager, with responsibility for the management and leadership of Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I have learned through both practical experience and from my achievement of my Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
My role varies day to day! Homecare is people-focused - and I liaise with clients, their families, my office and Caregiver Team, and health and social care professionals.
My responsibilities include Caregiver and office team support, training and development. Our office team were proud Finalists in the Regionals Great British Care Awards 2025!
I also oversee compliance by ensuring we assess and involve clients in their care planning, we conduct regular reviews for clients, and support meetings for our Caregivers.
I have a daughter, dogs, cats and fish! We love animals in our home! I have three sisters and we’re all very close, family is very important to me.
