My role is Deputy Care Manager with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the team as a Caregiver, a role I feel very passionately about. I am now Deputy Care Manager and my responsibilities include Caregiver training and development. I also look after compliance by ensuring we conduct regular reviews for clients, and support meetings for our Caregivers. My role is varied from day to day!
I am studying for a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership.
I have a daughter, dogs, cats and fish! We love animals in our home! I have three sisters and we’re all very close, family is very important to me.
