I’m Samantha but like to be called Sam!
I was with Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe from 2021 as a Caregiver, and progressed to Field Compliance Coordinator, and then Care Administrator. I help support the Caregiver Team and ensure our clients' support plans up to date and relevant, so we are safe, fully compliant and remain Outstanding.
I am also our Training Lead, managing new staff Induction Training and refresher training to ensure our Caregivers remain confident and competent in the role.
I’ve worked in many settings gaining knowledge of people’s needs and enjoy all aspects of my role, especially knowing I’ve helped someone in need.
I have been married for 20 years and have 3 teenage boys. My spare time is spent looking after my 4 dogs (and George our parrot!) and spending time with my family.
