I'm Stacey, Recruitment and Community Development Lead, with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the Company in March 2022 as a Caregiver, and progressed to a field-based compliance role, to Care Coordinator, then on to Client Services Coordinator.
I source, meet and recruit caring individuals who want to be part of our really special team.
I'm responsible for supporting new Caregivers through the recruitment process. Excellent safe practice counts towards our Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commision.
I also actively spend time in the community, getting to know our local support services for older adults, and speaking with them about Right at Home and the Outstanding care we offer.
I am married with five children, who are my world! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching films and walking our family dogs.
