I'm Stacey, Client Services Coordinator with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the Company in March 2022 as a Caregiver, and progressed to a field-based compliance role, to Care Coordinator, then on to Client Services Coordinator. 

I'm responsible for ensuring Caregivers are matched with clients, that Caregivers are well briefed before meeting a client; and that the Caregiver shadows or is personally introduced to a client. I know that excellent safe practice counts towards our Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commision. 

I have a wealth of valuable experience in the sector and I enjoy supporting our Care Team and my office colleagues. 

I have also actively spent time in the community, getting to know our local support services for older adults, and speaking with them about Right at Home and the Outstanding care we offer. 

I am married with five children, who are my world! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching films and walking our family dogs.
