I'm Tracey, Compliance and Care Coordinator. I have worked in the social care industry all my adult life, in varying roles inclusive of all age ranges.
I joined Right at Home as a Caregiver in November 2024, which I have loved. I have since taken on a new challenge as Compliance and Care Coordinator which I am thoroughly enjoying. I am responsible for ensuring we are fully compliant; this means organising and conducting Client Quality Reviews, staff support meetings, everything necessary to ensure we maintain our high standards and our Outstanding rating. I am also responsible along with a colleague, for our Care Coordination.
I look forward to the next journey within the company and getting to know our clients from a differing perspective.
