I'm Tracey, Care Administrator. I have worked in the social care sector all my adult life, in varying roles inclusive of all age ranges.
I joined Right at Home as a Caregiver in November 2024, which I have loved. I then looked forward to the next journey within the company and getting to know our clients from a differing perspective! I took on a new challenge as Compliance and Care Coordinator which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was responsible for ensuring we are fully compliant; this means organising and conducting Client Quality Reviews, staff support meetings, everything necessary to ensure we maintain our high standards and our Outstanding rating. I am now furthering my skills to become a "Trained Trainer" in medication administration, and Basic Life Support.
