When we receive a compliment from a client or their next of kin about the support and companionship a Caregiver is providing to a client in their own home - we give a Going the Extra Mile (GEM) award. In a recent independent survey, Right at Home Ipswich Caregivers said that recognition from a client or the client's family is very important to them.
