Winning the WorkBuzz 2026 Employer Award is a huge moment for us at Right at Home Mitcham, Streatham and Dulwich.  This is a shared achievement for our entire team.  What makes this recognition so special is that it’s based on staff feedback.  It reflects how our carers genuinely feel about working here, and that means everything to us.

Why Our People Come First
From the very beginning, we have believed that the quality of care we deliver is directly shaped by how we treat our carer team.  They are at the heart of everything.  They are the ones building trust, supporting clients through challenging moments, and representing our values out in the community every day.  If they do not feel valued and supported, then we simply cannot expect them to deliver the level of care our clients deserve.

That is why staff engagement has always been a top priority for us.  It is not something we dip in and out of – it is embedded in how we run the business.  We have always felt strongly that if we treat our team with fairness, respect and genuine care, they will naturally pass that on to the clients they support.
