Christopher Tansley - Managing Director

Christopher owned and operated his first business in 1993, successfully building and running a franchise for 16 years before moving into consultancy. While working closely with people across different sectors, he discovered Right at Home in 2012, an organisation whose values immediately aligned with his own and his passion for health and social care.

Moving into home care was driven by both his personal and professional inspiration. His mum, who worked for many years as a healthcare professional, played a significant role in shaping his understanding of compassionate, high-quality care.

Influenced first hand watching others, Christopher developed a strong passion for dementia support, recognising the profound difference that skilled, consistent, and tailored care can make to individuals and their families.
