Emma Blackmore - Registered Manager

Proud to announce that Emma is now our Registered Manager. Joining Right at Home Nottingham team in March 2018 having over 15 years experience within the health and social care sector. 

As Registered Manager Emma's compassionate leadership and unwavering dedication, helps guid a team that transforms everyday care into meaningful human connection.

With a deep commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centred dementia support, Emma leads by example in every interaction—ensuring that each individual is well supported for, understood and valued. 

Through resilience, empathy, and a clear vision of quality, Emma helps create a culture where families feel reassured, colleagues feel empowered, and those receiving care experience comfort, respect, and a genuine sense of home.

With a strong focus on her personal development, achieving her NVQ qualifications from level 2 through to an NVQ level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

In addition to this, Emma also holds an A1 Assessors Qualification which has enabled her to develop the skills she needs to assess the competency of our team and is responsible for overseeing all training. Including initial induction training through to refresher learning and advanced learning.

Continuing to work closely with our national network and wider team to enable them to achieve their very best potential and set high standards, ensuring the service we provide to our Clients is of the highest quality.
