My name is Amanda, and I am your Registered Manager for Right at Home Solent. I joined Right at Home in February 2019 and have never looked back. I have worked in the Care industry for nearly ten years, and when I joined Right at Home Solent, I realised that I had found the place where I felt I belonged and wanted to be in terms of Ethos, Ethics and Values. My core responsibilities include Safeguarding, Compliance and Managing and Leading our office and caregiving team. I also meet new Clients by completing Care needs assessments weekly.

The safety and well-being of our Clients and providing the highest quality Care are everything to me, and I love seeing the difference we can make in our client's lives every day. In my free time, I like to spend time in the great outdoors with my family. We love bike riding and camping trips.
