As Co-Owner and Operations Director, I ensure Right at Home Solent runs smoothly and efficiently. I was born and bought up in Southampton, where I was a practising Optometrist working in various companies, including Boots Opticians, Leightons and Vision Express, for several years before Co-Leading the overall Business strategy at Right at Home Solent. I have a passion for coaching and seeing people reach their full potential! 

My background in recruitment and healthcare has provided me with the skills needed to help develop the always-changing needs of the company. I go on-site to supervise and evaluate middle management. I also lead recruitment, events and social media. I’m always available to address questions and concerns from staff, troubleshoot, and provide insight to streamline the business.
