Hello, my name is Debbie. I have worked at Right at Home Solent since October 2023. I have a background in science; I worked in the Microbiology field before starting here. I have previously worked in a Nursing Home, which opened my eyes to the needs of others in later life.

My official job role is Care Auditor and Assessor, Quality and Compliance. I have a wide range of job responsibilities, which will be far too long to list here, and I am sure with further training, this job role will increase. I work at the office in Fareham, but I have regular phone contact with CareGivers, Clients and Clients’ families.

The best part of my job is to get out to see clients (and their families) and caregivers. I truly believe that everyone deserves person-centred Care, which we provide, and I am happy to be a part of an Outstanding company that goes above and beyond to give Quality service to all.
