Hey, my name is Elizabeth; I am one of the Training & Onboarding Lead at Right at Home Solent. I started with Right at Home as a caregiver in 2022 and have worked in care for 15 years, including experience supporting people with complex needs and personal experience as a carer for my son, who is supported by the Right at Home Solent team. I progressed from carer to trainer and then into an office-based role, and I am now the Training and Onboarding Lead, supporting carers through training, assessments, and their journey with Right at Home.

I enjoy supporting our Care Assistants throughout their journey with Right at Home, from onboarding through to ongoing development. It is rewarding to know that effective training and support help our team provide the highest standard of care to clients in the community.
