My name is Jazz, and I joined Right at Home Solent as a Recruitment Assistant in March 2023.
My career in Care started in 2018 as an Activity Assistant in a residential home. I quickly progressed to Lead Activity Coordinator and completed my level 3 in Activity Provision in Social Care. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted a break from Care, so I took an admin role; I quickly missed the rewarding nature of the Care industry.
After some time out, I was really excited to get back into the Care sector in a role that combines my previous experiences but also has fantastic opportunities to learn and develop my skills; as a Recruitment Assistant at Right at Home Solent.
