My name is Lindsay; I joined Right at Home Solent as a CareGiver in March 2021. My career in Care began ten years ago, working as a Care Assistant in a nursing home; I completed my NVQ level 2 and assisted in the nursing home office. Before my career in Care, I worked in various customer service roles within banking, insurance, and healthcare environments. I changed career direction when I experienced redundancies in those settings and realised, I had skills and qualities that transferred well into the Care sector.

In August 2022, in addition to being a CareGiver, I became a Trainee Auditor in the Solent office. I really enjoy the dual role I have supporting Clients in their homes and the positive impact on the continued compliance improvements within the business.
