My name is Millie; I joined Right at Home as a Caregiver in November 2023 and immediately loved it, within 6 months I became a Team Leader. I previously worked at Costa, I studied Hair Dressing and Barbering but needed a change! With a large caring family and being around my Mum caring for my Great Nan I knew this was something I wanted to do.

As a Field Team Leader, I enjoy supporting and encouraging our Care Assistants while ensuring our Clients receive the highest standard of care. It is rewarding to help build a positive team culture and see the difference our support makes in the community.
