A company is only as good as the people who work in it, and our incredible CareGivers make us who we are. At Right at Home Solent, we are lucky to have a team of Outstanding CareGivers supporting vulnerable and elderly clients in Fareham, The New Forest, Stubbington, Lee-on-Solent and much of Southampton.

In a short time, we have built ourselves a reputation we are proud of, which you can see through the reviews we get left at homecare.co.uk, and this is down to our CareGivers. Our focus is always on finding the right people for the job, making it incredibly tough to get a position with us; Right at Home Solent is proud of this. To ensure we only take on the right people, we have a rigorous interview process, including Psychometric testing before an interview and constant monitoring through the induction and shadowing processes. We will only ever take on a new CareGiver if we believe they are doing things for the right reasons. Many of our CareGivers are in the Care industry due to personal experience, which is great because it gives them a natural empathy towards our Clients.
