I joined Right at Home as a Care Coordinator in June 2026 after spending 13 years working in residential care. During that time, I progressed from Carer to Senior Carer, gaining invaluable experience and developing a real passion for supporting others. While I was dedicated to my role, I was ready for a new challenge, and I've found exactly that at Right at Home.

I enjoy problem-solving and thrive on a challenge, which makes care coordination the perfect role for me. Every day brings a new opportunity to carefully plan and match clients with the right carer, and knowing I've helped create the best possible support for someone is incredibly rewarding.

My journey into care began in 2013 when I made the move from retail while my son was little, initially to achieve a better work-life balance. What started as a practical decision quickly became a career I genuinely love. Being able to make a positive difference to someone's later years and help them enjoy the best quality of life is something I find incredibly fulfilling.

Outside of work, I have two wonderful children, and I cherish spending quality time with my family. We love days out to theme parks, trips to the beach, and even simple picnics in the park. I have thoroughly enjoyed my career in care, meeting so many wonderful people along the way, and I look forward to continuing to make a difference for many years to come.
