Hi everyone! I'm Kayleigh.

Before joining the office team as Compliance Coordinator, I spent four years working as a carer. Interestingly, care was never something I imagined myself doing. In 2021, after being made redundant from my previous job, I needed to find work and decided to give care a try. What started as something temporary quickly turned into something I genuinely loved. I found so much fulfilment in supporting people, getting to know the individuals I cared for, and knowing that I was making a real difference in their lives.

Over time, I realised that care was something I was truly passionate about and something I was good at. The relationships I built and the impact we can have on people’s day-to-day lives are what kept me in the industry and motivated me to grow within it.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a fitness enthusiast and love challenging myself physically. Swimming is one of my favourite activities and I can complete 60 lengths in just 28 minutes. When I’m not keeping active, I also enjoy painting, baking, cooking, and playing badminton.

I’m really excited to start this new chapter as Compliance Coordinator and look forward to continuing to support the team and the fantastic work we do. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone!
