Right at Home Swindon is looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people to join our award-winning team as Home Care Assistants. This is a rewarding opportunity to support people in their own homes and help them live safely, comfortably and independently.

No previous care experience is needed, as we provide fully paid training, a thorough induction and ongoing support. We offer flexible morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Make a Genuine Difference Every Day

As a Home Care Assistant with Right at Home Swindon, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them live as safely, comfortably and independently as possible. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day better through practical assistance, companionship and a friendly, familiar face.

Your responsibilities may include helping with daily routines, preparing meals, providing medication reminders and supporting clients to get out into their local community. Just as importantly, you will take the time to listen, build trust and develop meaningful relationships with the people you care for.


No previous care experience is needed. We are looking for people who are kind, dependable and genuinely passionate about helping others, and we will provide all the training and guidance you need to feel confident in your role.
