As Co-Owner and Head of People and Culture at Right at Home Telford, I lead the strategic direction and delivery of our work to recruit, develop and support exceptional CareGivers and staff who share our commitment to outstanding homecare.

My professional background is in Human Resources, where I have worked across a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and organisational development. Before joining Right at Home Telford, I specialised in building and supporting high-performing teams, shaping positive workplace cultures, and embedding people-centred HR practices that help organisations retain and empower their staff.

At Right at Home Telford, my focus is on ensuring we not only hire the right people but also provide them with the training, support, and development they need to thrive in their roles and deliver the best possible care to our Clients. I am passionate about creating a supportive work environment where every CareGiver feels valued, confident and equipped to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

I work closely with local partners, care professionals and community organisations to champion workforce excellence and to promote care as a rewarding and respected career choice. Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with people and exploring opportunities to bring more awareness and understanding to the importance of compassionate care.
