Celebrating Excellence: Outstanding Results in Our Latest CIW Inspection

We are proud to announce that Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan has been rated Excellent in our most recent inspection by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

This recognition reflects the dedication, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by our entire team. From our caregivers working in the community to our office and leadership teams, everyone shares the same goal,  to provide the highest standard of care and support to those who place their trust in us.

What the CIW Recognition Means The Care Inspectorate Wales is the independent regulator of social care and childcare services in Wales. Their inspections ensure that services are safe, effective, and person-centred, meeting the needs and well-being of the people they support.

Achieving an Excellent rating is a significant accomplishment, showing that we not only meet but exceed these high standards. The inspection highlighted our:
