🌟 Welcome Annie – Our New Registered Manager at Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan! 🌟

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Annie back to the Right at Home family—this time as the Registered Manager for our Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan office!
Annie’s journey in care began nearly 13 years ago, and it’s been nothing short of inspiring. What started as a part-time role to fit around her family quickly blossomed into a meaningful and rewarding career. She originally joined Right at Home as a Carer, and through her dedication and passion, she worked her way up to Senior Carer, Community Lead, and even began training new starters—something she found truly fulfilling.

Annie then moved into the office as a Field Care Supervisor, supporting the compliance team and building her leadership skills. After gaining further managerial experience outside of Right at Home, we’re thrilled to now have her back, leading the Bridgend team with the same energy, compassion, and commitment that’s always defined her work.

Annie brings a wealth of experience, a strong understanding of our values, and a genuine love for what she does. She’s already making a fantastic impression, and we’re so lucky to have her at the helm as we continue delivering outstanding care in Bridgend and the Vale.
When she’s not busy supporting her team and clients, Annie enjoys staying active—she’s a keen runner and has recently joined a local running group. 🏃‍♀️
