At Right at Home Medway, we are proud to celebrate a special milestone as our valued Care Assistant, Alex, marks four years with the team.

Her commitment to person-centred care is evident in everything she does, always taking the time to ensure Clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.

She builds strong, trusting relationships with Clients and their families, taking the time to understand each individual’s preferences, routines, and personal needs. Her calm and reassuring approach brings comfort to those she supports, particularly during times when extra understanding is needed.
