Celebrating the Women at the Heart of Right at Home Medway

At Right at Home Medway, we believe that small acts of kindness can have the greatest impact.

To mark both International Women's Day and Mother's Day, we took time to celebrate the wonderful women who are at the heart of our service — our dedicated Care Assistants and valued Clients.

Every day, our Care Assistants go above and beyond to provide person-centred care with compassion, dignity, and warmth. Their patience, commitment, and genuine kindness make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people they support.

As part of the celebrations, we shared flowers and small gifts with both our Care Assistants and Clients as a simple gesture of appreciation. It was a lovely chance to come together, share a moment of connection, and recognise the women who inspire us each day.
