Why did you start working in care?

• I wanted a job where I felt I was making a difference to others and make a positive impact

• Altrincham

What did you want to be when you were younger?

• When I was younger I wanted to be a teacher in a primary school

If you could chose any super-power what would it be and why?

• I would want to be able to read people minds so I could know what they were really thinking! 

What do you do to unwind after a long day?

• I go to the gym or go for a long walk. 

What one piece of advice would you give to someone wanting to get into care?

• Don't let the bad days out weigh the good days. Care is not easy, but it's the most rewarding job you can do making a difference each and every day.
