The purpose of the audit is to ensure that we are meeting — and exceeding — the high standards we set for ourselves in the way we deliver care and support.

During the audit, our policies, procedures, and client files were reviewed thoroughly. The process looks closely at how we safeguard our clients, how we protect their wellbeing, and how we encourage independence while providing compassionate, person-centred care. It also assesses how we support our staff, ensuring they have the guidance, structure, and support needed to deliver care confidently and safely.

The auditors worked swiftly but meticulously, checking that every process is carried out to the highest standard. From care planning and documentation to staff support and client safeguarding, every element was reviewed to ensure we continue to provide a safe, reliable, and supportive service for everyone involved.
