A Sunny Day at the Bookham Fair

On Friday 21st June, Right at Home had the pleasure of attending the Bookham Fair – a brand-new event for us, and one we won’t soon forget. As newcomers to the area, we were incredibly grateful for the warm and inclusive welcome we received from the local community. It truly felt like being part of something special.

The sun was shining, spirits were high, and the village was buzzing with activity. It was a wonderful day out meeting lots of friendly faces and connecting with people in the heart of the community. We were so impressed to see how many people came out to support local organisations and causes – it’s clear that Bookham is a community that truly cares.

At our stall, we had fun games, delicious cakes, and plenty of prizes to be won – all in the name of raising funds for a cause very close to our hearts. We’re proud to say that 100% of proceeds from our stall went to Dementia Adventure, a fantastic charity that helps people living with dementia enjoy the outdoors and live more active, fulfilled lives.

We hope everyone who visited our stall had as much fun as we did! Thank you for stopping by, having a chat, and showing your support. It was a joy to be part of such a positive, community-driven event.
