Celebrating Elena: Our New Care Coordinator!
We’re delighted to share that Elena is stepping into a new role as Care Coordinator at Right at Home!

A little bit about Elena
Elena has been part of our care team since 2024, and from the start, she has brought warmth, enthusiasm and an infectious laugh to everything she does. Her energy has brightened the days of our Clients and colleagues alike, while her commitment to consistently high standards of care has made her a valued member of the team.
Out in the field, Elena has been a real leader. Alongside providing excellent care to our Clients, she has supported her fellow Carers, offering encouragement and leading by example. So, when our Care Coordinator role became available, we knew we wanted to recruit internally—and Elena was the perfect fit.
She goes above and beyond!
If you follow our social media pages, you may already recognise Elena for another reason: her incredible fundraising efforts! She recently completed the Brighton Marathon in support of Alzheimer’s Society, raising over £1,000 for the cause. This came just a few months after she ran a half marathon for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Her determination and willingness to go the extra mile really do extend beyond her work.
In her new role, Elena is now our go-to person for scheduling, rotas and the daily organisation of our care team. She brings firsthand experience of supporting our Clients and Carers, along with the enthusiasm and care that have always made her stand out.
“We're so lucky to have such a wonderful team around us at Right at Home. Elena has always gone above and beyond for the team and we're grateful to have someone who knows the clients and the carers take over such an important role. We know she will do an amazing job.”
– Tim Haigh | Managing Director, Right at Home Sutton and Mid-Surrey
We’re so proud to see Elena take this next step with Right at Home, and we can’t wait to see her make the role her own.
Congratulations, Elena—we know you’re going to smash it!
