Katie is known across the team for her infectious energy and positive attitude. Whether she’s supporting clients with their day-to-day needs or offering reassurance and companionship, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction. In her new role as Field Supervisor, Katie will play an important part in ensuring our services continue to run smoothly and effectively. She will be visiting clients to check that everything is going well, making sure their care continues to meet their individual needs and expectations. At the same time, she will be supporting our team of carers in the fantastic work they do every day.
