We’re delighted to congratulate Katie on her new role as Field Supervisor
Katie has been a valued member of our team for the past three years, working as a dedicated carer and consistently going above and beyond for the clients she supports. Throughout her time with us, she has demonstrated an exceptional level of compassion, reliability, and professionalism, making a real difference in the lives of those she cares for.
Who is Katie?
Katie is known across the team for her infectious energy and positive attitude. Whether she’s supporting clients with their day-to-day needs or offering reassurance and companionship, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction. Her approach to care has always been centred on respect, dignity, and building meaningful relationships with the people she supports.
One of Katie’s greatest strengths is her ability to establish open, honest communication with clients and their families. This has helped build strong levels of trust and confidence, ensuring clients feel comfortable, listened to, and fully supported in their own homes. Her commitment to maintaining these relationships reflects the high standards of care we strive to provide.
In her new role as Field Supervisor, Katie will play an important part in ensuring our services continue to run smoothly and effectively. She will be visiting clients to check that everything is going well, making sure their care continues to meet their individual needs and expectations. At the same time, she will be supporting our team of carers in the fantastic work they do every day.
Katie’s experience as a frontline carer gives her a valuable understanding of both client needs and the challenges carers face in their roles. This makes her ideally placed to provide guidance, encouragement, and support to the team while helping maintain the high standards of care we pride ourselves on.
"I am so excited to start my new role as Field Supervisor alongside my regular carer visits. The relationships I have built with clients and their families throughout my time at Right at Home allows me to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur, allowing me to update care plans accordingly whilst keeping them safe and independent."
Her role will be key in making sure both our clients and carers feel supported, confident, and valued. We are incredibly proud to see Katie take this next step in her career and know she will bring the same dedication and passion to her new position that she has shown throughout her time with us.
Congratulations, Katie — we’re thrilled to have you in the role and look forward to all the great work ahead.
