Celebrating Our Amazing Carer, Elena – Half Marathon Hero!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our wonderful carers, Elena, who recently completed a half marathon in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. How amazing is that?

Every day, Elena goes above and beyond in her role at Right at Home – offering care, comfort, and kindness to those who need it most. And now, she’s literally going the extra mile on her days off too! Her dedication doesn’t stop at work; it’s a part of who she is.

Running 13.1 miles is no easy task, but Elena rose to the challenge with determination, compassion, and a huge heart. She crossed the finish line in an incredible time of 2:30:03 – such an achievement to be proud of! Not only did she complete the race, but she also raised a fantastic £640 for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, helping to support vital cancer treatment and research.

Supporting The Royal Marsden is such a meaningful cause, and we are honoured to have Elena representing Right at Home in such a positive and inspiring way. Her strength and generosity reflect the values we hold close as a team – compassion, care, and community.

And the most exciting part? Elena has already started setting her sights on even bigger races in the future! We can’t wait to cheer her on every step of the way.
