Right at Home at the St Helier Fair – A Wonderful Day in the Heart of the Community

On Saturday 14th June, the Right at Home team had the absolute pleasure of attending the vibrant and lively St Helier Fair. It was a fantastic day filled with sunshine, smiles, and plenty of opportunities to connect with our wonderful local community.

One of the highlights of the day was meeting the Mayor of Sutton, who took time to stop by and say hello. It was a lovely chance to talk about the work we do and the difference a bit of extra support can make in people’s lives.

Community events like these are so important to us. They give us the chance to meet face-to-face with the people we serve and those we may serve in the future. We had some brilliant conversations with residents, carers, and families – chatting about the services we offer and listening to the stories and needs of those in our area.

At Right at Home, we’re proud to support people to live independently and happily in their own homes. Our companionship calls are just one of the ways we do this – whether it’s helping someone get to an appointment, collecting their medication, or simply having a friendly chat and a cuppa, we’re here to help with whatever’s needed.
