Right at Home Launches First Sponsored Show with Radio St Helier

We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news—our very first sponsored show with Radio St Helier has officially gone live!

At Right at Home, bringing comfort, companionship, and happiness to our community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why this partnership means so much to us. Working alongside the fantastic team at Radio St Helier, we’re helping to create something truly meaningful—bringing music, joy, and a sense of connection to those spending time in hospital.

A particularly special part of this initiative is the involvement of our wonderful Charlotte, who will be visiting the hospital wards each week. Charlotte will be spending time with patients and their families, chatting with them, sharing smiles, and collecting their song requests in person. These moments of connection—often as simple as a friendly conversation and choosing a favourite song—can mean the world to someone during their time in hospital.

Those requests will then be played during the live broadcast every Saturday between 1pm and 3pm, allowing patients to hear their chosen songs, along with heartfelt dedications. It’s a small gesture that can have a big impact—lifting spirits, sparking memories, and helping people feel seen, heard, and connected.

Music has a unique power to comfort and uplift, but it’s the human connection behind each request that makes this initiative truly special. Whether it’s a song that reminds someone of home, a favourite tune shared with loved ones, or simply a moment of joy in the day, we are so proud to help make it happen.
