Team Spirit in the Sunshine – A Wonderful Meet-Up at Alexandra Park, Epsom

At Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey, we know that great care starts with a great team. That’s why we recently took some time out to gather our amazing carers and office team for a well-deserved catch-up in the heart of nature — Alexandra Park, Epsom.

It was a beautiful day filled with fresh air, good conversation, and plenty of laughter. We found the perfect spot at the Park View Café, where the lovely staff served us some of the best teas, coffees, and cakes we’ve had in a long time. A huge thank you to the café team for looking after us so well!

These moments away from the office and out in nature remind us how important it is to stay connected. We talked about how everyone was feeling, shared ideas for improvement, and discussed ways to make our carers’ lives just a little easier — because when our team thrives, our clients receive the very best care possible.

Our carers are truly the heart of what we do. Their compassion, dedication, and big hearts make it possible for us to provide exceptional support to our clients every single day. We couldn’t do it without them, and gatherings like this are a small way to show how much we appreciate their hard work.
