Our Carers are the heart and soul of Right at Home Alton & Bordon. They’re the people who make a real difference in our local community every day, bringing kindness, compassion and a genuine passion for helping others into their work.

We truly value our Carers and the important role they play. That’s why we take the time to carefully recruit the right people, provide thorough, industry-leading training and offer continuous support throughout their journey with us. Every Carer also undergoes enhanced background checks, giving peace of mind that our team has been carefully vetted.

But being a great Carer is about more than just having the right skills. It’s about being someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know others, sharing interests and making a difference through the little moments. Our Carer build wonderful relationships with the people they support - whether that’s enjoying a favourite hobby, baking together or getting out and about in the local community.
