Celebrating Outstanding Care and Our Dedicated Team

Right at Home Havant & Petersfield is proud to celebrate recognition for both our care and the people who make it possible.

From being named among the Top 20 Home Care Providers in South East England to celebrating two carers for going above and beyond, these stories highlight the commitment, compassion and professionalism at the heart of our team.

Top 20 Home Care Provider for the second year

Right at Home Havant is delighted to have been named among the Top 20 Home Care Providers in South East England for the second consecutive year.

The prestigious homecare.co.uk awards recognise the highest-rated home care providers across 11 UK regions, based on reviews and feedback from service users, clients and their families.

Being included in the Top 20 is a significant achievement, particularly in the South East, where there are more than 2,000 home care providers. It is a wonderful reflection of the experiences shared by the people we support and the trust they place in our team.

We would like to thank our clients and their families for taking the time to share their experiences and provide feedback. Their support, alongside the dedication and hard work of our team, has helped make this achievement possible.

Celebrating our everyday heroes

Recognising the outstanding contributions of our carers is an important part of the culture we have built at Right at Home Havant & Petersfield.

Alongside our GEM awards, which celebrate team members who go the extra mile at our regular team meetings, we have introduced an 'On the Spot Superhero' award. This allows us to recognise exceptional actions whenever they happen.

In July, Amy Buckland and Amy Harrington – affectionately known as 'the two Amys' – became the first recipients of the award. They were recognised for their quick thinking and for putting their first aid training into action when helping vulnerable client who was in distress.

Their life-saving actions are a wonderful example of the care, awareness and professionalism our carers bring to their roles every day.

Achievements such as these are made possible by the people at the heart of our organisation – our clients, their families and our dedicated care team.

Whether it is through feedback that recognises outstanding care or an individual act that makes a real difference to someone's day, every contribution matters. We are proud to celebrate these successes and grateful to everyone who helps us continue providing compassionate, person-centred care across our local community.
