Celebrating Career Progression at Right at Home

Right at Home is delighted to celebrate the career progression of Emily Gosney and Emily Goodwright, who have both been promoted to Senior Carer roles.

Their promotions recognise their dedication, experience and commitment to providing outstanding care to clients and their families, while highlighting our continued investment in developing our team.

Emily Gosney (photo above) has been part of the Right at Home team for nearly six years and has consistently demonstrated her commitment to delivering outstanding care. During this time, she has received numerous GEM awards and earned high praise from clients and their families.

Emily will take on a new role covering maternity leave as Senior Carer for Petersfield, where her experience and dedication will be a valuable asset to the team.

Emily Goodwright (photo left) has also been promoted to Senior Carer following a successful interview. Although she has been with Right at Home for a shorter time, Emily has already made a fantastic impression through her knowledge, experience and commitment to those she supports.

Emily brings nearly ten years of experience in care, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Lead Adult Care, providing a strong foundation for her new responsibilities.

We would like to congratulate both Emilys on their promotions and thank them for the dedication and positive contribution they continue to make to our team and the local community. We look forward to seeing them both thrive in their new roles.
