When: Every Thursday 14:00pm – 15:00pm

Step up to the crease for Dementia Friendly Cricket!

The sessions are for those living with dementia and their CareGivers.

There is no running, it is played in an enclosed area and is structured so that each player will get a chance to bat, bowl and field.

These friendly and informal sessions are run in partnership Activ8 Minds and are great fun. It’s a perfect way to stimulate the mind and exercise the mind.
