November GEM Award Winners 2021

Here at Right at Home we offer GEM Awards to a member of our care team every month. These awards are presented to those who are 'Going the Extra Mile' in their job. It's our way of honouring the achievements of those individuals. It's a small gesture to show our appreciation of their hard work.

We were proud to present our November GEM Awards to 2 of our amazing CareGivers Szilard and Erika. 

Szilard was awarded his GEM Award because he always receives great feedback from Clients and their families, and he's helped a client now feel more capable, which has helped relieve the family. They are very grateful for Szilard's amazing help and work. 

We presented Erika with her GEM Award because she is always happy to work with complex clients​, always has a happy disposition, and receives positive feedback from clients and their families.
