The results of our 2026 survey have arrived!
We are delighted that Right at Home Havant & Petersfield has been awarded the 5-Star Employer Award for the fourth consecutive year — and for the sixth time overall.
Following an independent survey of both our staff and clients, conducted by independent research company WorkBuzz, we achieved an outstanding response rate of 85% and an exceptional engagement score of 93%.

• 100% of Carers said they are proud to work for Right at Home
• 96% of Carers would recommend Right at Home as a great place to work
• 100% of Carers would recommend Right at Home’s services to someone who needs care
Our Client Satisfaction Survey also delivered some fantastic results, with 100% of respondents agreeing that their Carers are caring, trustworthy, and dependable.
In addition, 100% agreed that Right at Home’s Carers make them feel safe during visits and provide care and support that enables them to live as independently as possible.
