The Memory Lane Group

An event for those living with dementia and their carers to come together and meet new people. 

Every month has different activities including:

• Chair exercises
• Cognitive therapy 
• Memory game

All free of charge and ran by an experienced care team with a wealth of knowledge in dementia.
