Extra Visit Reward Scheme

A few weeks back, we introduced a new bonus scheme for CareGivers who have gone over and above and put in extra shifts. For every extra shift they complete, their name goes into a hat, then during the quarterly staff meeting a name will be drawn from the hat at random and that person will get to spin the prize wheel! The list of prizes are:

• A meal for two & bottle of wine

• Weekly grocery shop

• A tank of petrol or diesel

• Tipsy afternoon tea at Albert Cottage with Prosecco

• A Holistic therapy, Prosecco & Strawberries

• A paid day off work

• Take away meal for two

• Return Wightlink Ferry ticket for Vehicle and 5 people.

December's winner was Jenny, who span the prize wheel and won A meal for two to the value of £75.00
